I haven't had a lot to say lately. After hurting my back way back in March and then feeling sorry for myself in March and April. I was also drinking way to much for my own good which makes for very sluggish mornings and postponed runs.
But, it's all behind me now and I'm back to running! I also registered for the Montreal Oasis Half marathon on September 13 ( I know it's 9 weeks away) then the Hypothermic Half on February 20. I'll also do the Nike half marathon in April and then, if all goes well, the Ottawa Marathon in May 2010.
So this is my short post of the day. Tomorrow, I'll talk about all the "running experts" around me.
